Jenny has worked in private practice and residential drug and alcohol treatment centres for over 15 years supporting people to address psychological issues and limiting behaviours. Jenny understands that wellbeing is not just an absence of illness and that we flourish when we are viewed in our whole being.
Jenny’s approach in therapy is to address the underlying drivers to Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Trauma Responses, Addiction and Disordered Eating.

Background & approach
Jenny has trained in and utilizes a variety of treatment approaches such as Compassionate Focused, Schema, Cognitive Behavioural and Dialectal Behaviour Therapy. She is accredited in eating disorder treatments such as CBT-Enhanced, MANTRA and Specialist Supportive Clinical Management (SSCM) and a credentialed clinician of the ANZ Academy of Eating Disorders.
Jenny approaches therapy with warmth, compassionate directness and professional care. She supports people to lower their psychological and emotional distress by increasing their understanding and awareness of why they do what they do in life, developing better body/mind connections and strategies for wellbeing.
